HOgan Assessment

Looking in the mirror to identify your whole self can be difficult, time consuming and at times uncomfortable and scary. It is also rewarding and incredibly liberating.

Hogan helped me fully understand and appreciate my core value drivers, strengths and contribution to others, and the tendencies that bubble up when I'm not fully engaged. I find the process of dealing with whatever challenge I face (positive or negative) so much easier. I have become more proactive and less anxious in my approach to work and life issues ... and am more successful and happier as a result.

I am Hogan certified and able to offer you Hogan assessments with full feedback session.

Incorporating the feedback from these assessments, you will identify and understand your own values, strengths and potential but also the tendencies and behaviour that other people recognise in you, and that define your reputation.  Becoming more aware of all of these can transform self awareness, career progression, leadership style, relationships at work and home, and stress management.

Hogan has more than 25 years of experience providing cutting-edge assessments. They create powerful insights about human nature and performance.

Three reports make up the Leadership assessment:

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) – The HPI describes the ‘bright side’ of personality; the characteristics and strengths that other people see when we are at our best.

In the context of stress, assessing bright side personality provides invaluable understanding and recognition of our innate strengths and contribution. These are the resources available to us when under pressure, and form the basis of our potential for success.

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) – The MVPI describes the ‘inside’ of personality; the self that you know. It identifies the values and motives that are most important to you and can define the environment in which they are most likely to flourish.

Again, in the context of stress, the feedback from the MVPI provides amazing insight in to why certain situations or events cause feelings of stress, while others are happily ignored.

Hogan Development Survey (HDS) – The HDS assesses the ‘dark side’ of personality; the characteristics that can ‘derail’ opportunities for positive relationships and success.

I have found that assessing dark side characteristics means that clients are more self-aware and better equipped to monitor their behaviours under pressure or when feeling stressed, and pro-actively manage for them, before they become an issue.

I offer Hogan Assessments for individuals, groups and teams both on a stand alone basis and as part of One-on-One and group coaching programs.
