Three reports make up the Leadership assessment:
Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) – The HPI describes the ‘bright side’ of personality; the characteristics and strengths that other people see when we are at our best.
In the context of stress, assessing bright side personality provides invaluable understanding and recognition of our innate strengths and contribution. These are the resources available to us when under pressure, and form the basis of our potential for success.
Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) – The MVPI describes the ‘inside’ of personality; the self that you know. It identifies the values and motives that are most important to you and can define the environment in which they are most likely to flourish.
Again, in the context of stress, the feedback from the MVPI provides amazing insight in to why certain situations or events cause feelings of stress, while others are happily ignored.
Hogan Development Survey (HDS) – The HDS assesses the ‘dark side’ of personality; the characteristics that can ‘derail’ opportunities for positive relationships and success.
I have found that assessing dark side characteristics means that clients are more self-aware and better equipped to monitor their behaviours under pressure or when feeling stressed, and pro-actively manage for them, before they become an issue.
