With more than 30 years in financial markets, I understand the world my clients operate in — as well as the human factors that shape performance within it.
My approach combines practical experience of financial markets with coaching, psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science. Rather than simply adding another skill or performance technique, we look at how you actually think and behave in the environment in which you operate.

That background means we can get quickly to the issues that matter, without having to start by explaining the realities of the investment environment.
